1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with § 355 BGB (German Civil Code) and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
If you have ordered multiple items in a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you take physical possession of the last item.
2. Hygiene Exception — Important for Sex Dolls, Dildos & BDSM Equipment
Please read carefully before purchasing.
Pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 3 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:
« Delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable to be returned if their seal has been removed after delivery. »

❌ Once the hygiene seal or packaging is opened or broken, the product CANNOT be returned or refunded for health protection and hygiene reasons.
Defective items are excluded from this rule — see Section 5 below.

4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any additional costs for express shipping), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
Refund method: We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods back, or until you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is defective or incorrect: We cover the return shipping costs.
- If you simply changed your mind: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Free returns are not offered for change-of-mind cancellations.

⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to you at your own expense.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide you with a free return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
Manufacturer Warranty
All LiebesraumX products come with a minimum 2-year warranty as required by German law (§ 437 BGB). For warranty claims, please contact us with your order number.

8. Exceptions — No Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for:
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene/health reasons if the seal has been broken (sex dolls, dildos, vibrators, penis pumps, bondage gear with hygiene seals, lubricants — see Section 2)
- Custom-made or personalized products made to your specifications (if offered in the future)
- Digital content (e.g., downloadable guides) if the download has started
- Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (not applicable)
